Winds of Change is available for all of the southern Chesapeake Bay and the Virginia Beach oceanfront, including Hampton Roads, the James, York and Elizabeth Rivers.

We will be cruising the east and west Florida coast and the USA Gulf of Mexico for the next 3 years starting in May 2016.
